$525 per month

  • Responses will be sent to messages based on the canned messages set in place
  • Unsubscribe you from junk mail and subscription lists
  • Alert you to high priority emails that require immediate attention

Full-Service Management

$700 per month

  • Your Email will be checked up to 3 times per business day
  • Filters and Rules will be set up for recurring senders or types of messages
  • Canned messages will be set up
  • Responses will be sent to messages based on the canned messages set in place
  • Responses will be sent in your voice to non-urgent messages
  • Unsubscribe you from junk mail and subscription lists
  • Alert you to high priority emails that need immediate attention

Initial Email and Calendar Set Up

One Time set up fee of $195 prior to moving to a maintenance package

We work exclusively with Google and their email and calendar systems. They are user-friendly and integrate with other scheduling systems the best.

Your initial set up will include:

  • Set up and optimize your Gmail account
  • Set up and organize your schedule via Google Calendar
  • Set up a third-party scheduling software such as Calendly, Doodle or Acuity
  • Set up a video conferencing system such as Zoom or Go To Meeting

Add on a one-time Contact Import from Outlook for an additional $100

Email Systems Overhaul

This is a one-time analysis of your existing Google inbox set up to identify areas that can be optimized for better email management.

We will look at the following:

  • restructuring your inbox
  • setting up folders, filters, and rules
  • canned messages
  • clearing out the unnecessary “junk” emails

Rates and Terms

Be in control of your budget!

In addition to the packages offered above, we also offer  “not-to-be-exceeded” monthly hours when billed at the hourly rate. We will discuss what you need to be done for the month and the amount of time estimated to complete the work. When the maximum amount of budgeted hours is approaching, we will contact you to either approve additional hours or we can finish out the hours and cease working until the beginning of the next month. This hourly budget system not only puts you in control of your spending but also assures that your work will get done and you will only be charged for the time spent on your project.

Expedited Fee

$95 per hour, 1-hour minimum

We can provide a turnaround of 24 hours for most* services. The expedited fee is charged regardless of your current package or hourly option.

Holiday & Weekend Rates

$105 per hour, 1-hour minimum

We can provide a turn around of 24-48 hours for most* services. The expedited fee is charged regardless of your current package or hourly option.

*if you are in need of a job over the weekend or over a holiday please contact us to verify that it can be completed in that time frame.

  • We do not have any hidden fees
  • For hourly rates, we calculate in 10-minute increments
  • We provide written estimates upon request
  • Our rates are non-negotiable
  • Invoices are due upon receipt
  • Invoices unpaid after 15 days from date of invoice will be subject to a 1% late fee
